We pride ourselves on making the best experience for everyone that walks through our doors.

We believe that every person has an obligation to maintain the highest quality of training at the studio. To support a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require that each student adhere to the following policies:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified by email and/or phone prior to the class. In the event of a cancellation, the class will be returned to your class card.

  • Any class with less than 2 participants signed up within 12-hours of class time, will unfortunately have to be canceled. You will be notified by email and/or by phone and credited for that class.

  • Purchasing a class card does not guarantee you a spot in class. You must register for each class you are planning to attend.  Plan on arriving 10 minutes early. You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time.

  • Be sure to sign up for a class online to reserve your spot before arriving. Classes are on a first come first served basis.

  • You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the start of class or it will be deducted from your card.

  • You must sign up for class at least 12 hours in advance. Your coach needs to know who they’re going to have, and so you cannot just “drop-in” with less than 12 hours of notice.

  • Class Cards are good for 3 months after the date of purchase.  Any classes left on your card once it expires are forfeit.

  • Beginner, Aerial 1 and Aerial 1&2 Class cards come in several sizes: Single-Class, 6-Class, 12-Class, and 18-Class. You can use them for any Beginner, Aerial 1 and Aerial 1&2 class at the school! You won’t get an actual physical card…it’s just a virtual digital thing.

  • Kinder & Kids Class cards come in several sizes: Single-Class, 6-Class, and 11-Class. You can use them for the Kinder class at the school! You won’t get an actual physical card…it’s just a virtual digital thing.

The basic rules of safety in every class are:

  • I will respect my trainers and follow instructions for your own safety and the safety of others.

  • I will respect fellow students.

  • I will not try any tricks the instructor has not shown me.

  • I will not teach other students during or outside of class.

  • Do not push yourself farther than your own strength/ body can handle.

  • Always hold on to the equipment while climbing or performing a skill.

  • Please ask permission before taking photos of anyone in class, and please do not post photos of anyone else on the internet without their permission. Please no video on any social media without permission of those in the video. This means you need to ask if you can video someone, including your instructor and let them know the intended use.

Safety is important here at Artz N' Motion.

  • Guests/parents may stay and watch as long as they don’t cause a disruption to the lesson.

  • We encourage students to arrive 5 minutes to prepare for class.

  • Students are only permitted on the apparatus during his/her scheduled class.

  • Students that arrive more than 15 minutes after class begins will not be admitted and will forfeit payment for that class.

  • Absolutely no chewing gum.

Can I do exercises to build up my strength for aerial classes?

  • Pull ups

  • Push ups

  • Leg lifts

  • Core work (sit-ups, bicycles, plank, side crunches)

  • Forearm training using theraband, hand springs, squeeze balls.

Studio Policies:

With the limited availability in our aerial classes, which requires pre-registration, you must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the start of class or it will be deducted from your card.  Thank you for understanding.

If Artz N' Motion has an emergency or weather cancellation, we will email everyone registered and make a Facebook announcement.   You will receive a credit in the amount of the day’s class and the credit will be applied back to your account.  Be sure to “like” our Facebook page.
